Delays on moving day are common and often outside of your control. Our team is experienced in managing these situations; we will wait with the loaded vehicle until you have access. We aim to keep the process as stress-free as possible, even when timelines shift at the last minute.
For house clearances, what do you do with the items you remove?
We are committed to responsible disposal. Once a house is cleared, we sort the items to ensure as little as possible goes to landfill. We prioritise donating usable furniture to local charities and transporting recyclable materials to authorized processing centers.
Are you insured for large-scale commercial moves?
Yes. Moving a business involves higher risks and higher-value assets. We carry comprehensive Commercial Goods in Transit and Public Liability insurance specifically tailored for office environments. We can provide copies of our insurance certificates and risk assessments (RAMS) for your building manager upon request.
